PR 5 - Implementation guidelines for virtual learning in driver training and beyond (sustainability concept)
Result leading organization: AFT, France
The implementation guidelines for training providers and trainers represent practical and easy-to-use guidelines for VET practitioners enabling them to apply the project results in their daily working practice, for example to transfer existing training content to a VC format or to plan, implement and evaluate VC-based training and the use of GLE.
Issues such as recognition and certification of qualifications, legal provision, other relevant regulatory frameworks, hindering and helping factors will be considered and analyzed, forming the basis for the roadmap to sustainability.
The roadmap will address the question of how project results can be implemented into regulatory practice on a long term. It will also identify and address inhibiting elements such as recognition problems that are integrated in legal provision and should be addressed to ensure the smooth integration of virtual training elements in the VET landscape.
This includes for example issues as the problem that recognition requirements of authorities contradict GDPR regulations and recommendations on how to redress this. The issue of recognition must be considered and is of crucial importance to the aspect of transfer and sustainable exploitation.
