During the summer, the GamingDRV partners interviewed driver CPC – trainers in all partner countries. Among other things, the aim was to find out which training formats, methods, and media have been used to date, what experience trainers have with digital training, and to what extent gamification plays a role. Questions about the learning group were also integrated in order to identify specific needs. The results of the interview process will help us to understand the current level of use of digital/ online tools, methods, GLE and learning formats in the driver CPC training. Previous research in the partner countries indicates that the competencies of trainers in these areas have not yet been recorded and, due to the specific circumstances, could be expanded.

Now we are entering the evaluation phase. We are excited to see what results we can present in the fall and what this means for our development phase.
